The provision of air cargo, customs brokerage and critical solutions services is governed by CAHE's Standard Service Conditions and by the transport documents applicable to each shipment, which prevail over these terms in everything relating to the service.

1.Who we are

The site is operated under the CAHE brand by Representaciones C.A.H.E., C.A., a Venezuelan business corporation, RIF J-29460205-3, domiciled at La Chinita International Airport, Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela, an operating entity accredited by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and a member of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) for Venezuela, and by CAHE EXPRESS INC., a Florida corporation, United States of America, with offices at 11555 Heron Bay Blvd, Suite 200, Coral Springs, Florida 33076, which handles billing and commercial representation in the United States. 2.Permitted use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully, without interfering with its operation, without attempting to access restricted areas or CAHE systems, without introducing malicious code, without extracting content in bulk or by automated means, and without using the site for fraudulent purposes or purposes contrary to these terms. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who breaches these rules.

3.Informational content, not a binding offer

The information on the site, including descriptions of services, industries and capabilities, is of a general informational nature and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Rates, availability, routes and service timeframes are confirmed only through a formal quote issued by our team. 4.Mateo, virtual assistant

The site and our channels include Mateo, a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence, available via web chat, WhatsApp and voice. Mateo provides general guidance and information and collects the details of your request so that our team can handle it. Mateo's responses do not constitute quotes, commercial commitments or binding advice; every commercial commitment is issued and validated by our human team. 5.Intellectual property

The content of the site, including texts, images, videos, design, logos and CAHE's distinctive signs, belongs to the companies identified in section 1 or is used with the authorization of its owners. The CAHE - Specialized Air Cargo trademark is in the process of registration before the Autonomous Intellectual Property Service (SAPI) of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in the name of Representaciones C.A.H.E., C.A., and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), in the name of CAHE EXPRESS INC., which uses it in that country with the SM (service mark) symbol, whose use is permitted by United States law while registration is pending. Reproducing, distributing or making commercial use of that content without prior written authorization is not permitted. Third-party trademarks appearing on the site, including those of organizations such as IATA and FIATA, belong to their respective owners and are displayed in accordance with their usage rules.

The site contains links to third-party sites, including our social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Access to them is at your own risk and subject to the terms of each site.

7.Disclaimer of warranties

With respect to the use of the site operated by CAHE EXPRESS INC., these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida. With respect to Representaciones C.A.H.E., C.A., they are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Maracaibo, Zulia State.

12.Severability

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will retain full force and effect.
